PSP and PS3 Network down!

I have been seeing new about this for a while now. My online job also sent feeds involving this topic due to players(mostly Americans) asking about this new "disaster", as they may call it.

Sony is revealing the reason for the disabling of the PSN: hackers succeeded in hacking and stealing personal information of the service’s users.

So what should you do if you are an avid PSP Network user? Here are some simple steps to do:

1. Change your password - if you have the same password in your PSN account, Yahoo!, Gmail, or even Youtube, change it for the love of god! You don't want your account exploited!

2. Change your security question - very basic indeed. Changing your security question, and obviously, the answer will ensure you have a second security defense.

3. Watch your credit card - look for signs that someone is using them! Though credit card companies have anti-theft system, it is still better if you prevent theft on your own.

4. Stay updated - use google, news, TV or even radios to stay updated. I know you guys are probably mad that you can't connect with your multi buddies! But keep in mind that your money is at stake here! Stay updated so you'll see if its back online or your credit card's ripped already!

Blogger's Games

First post! Yey! First of all, I am a PSP addict. I love playing games in the PSP and playing multi-player with my friends. I just bought my PSP last year so I havent been playing a lot. But here are the games and my ratings as a PSP gamer.

Monster Hunter Freedom Unite : (9/10)
As far as I am concerned, this is the best game so far. You get to whack monsters, carve from them, gather plants, mine ore and get insects from bushes. But the best part of the game is its ad hoc multiplayer feature. It lets you connect 3 more friends and you guys get to pawn monsters. Damn! The good ol' days! Hammer player FTW!

Jeanne D' Arc: (8/10)
Best story play and flexible classes. Nice graphics and cool avatars. This, for me, is the best tactics game in PSP. Compared to FFTactics War of the Lion (Is the name even correct?), Jeanne D' Arc makes this game seem like a fly in a picnic table. The gameplay is good and even the camera angles. Story is exciting and makes you stick your nose to your PSP. Its con is that the story is finished in 3 days time. :( I want more! lol. And it would have been better if there's ad-hoc!

Parasite Eve: 3rd Birthday (3/10)
This game is such a waste of my memory space. The graphics is good but the gameplay isnt. Its easy to beat and the monster doesn't look too good for me. It kinda reminds me of my daughter's poo whenever it is squashed in the comfort room. Once you get the hang of running, dodging, hiding and of course shooting while walking, it gets to be boring. Not a good 6.0 game worth upgrading your custom firmware to Prom-4. :P
